Worton Hall consists of three spaces, The Main Hall, Cresswell Lounge and the Hayloft Gallery, which combine in an open plan layout to provide one unique and flexible venue for your perfect day.
So whether you’re looking to just hold your wedding reception or the whole day at Worton Hall, we can provide a flexible set up to accommodate your day.
The Hayloft Gallery is the mezzanine level, overlooking The Main Hall. This is the perfect place to hold a wedding ceremony for up to 120 guests. By holding your ceremony here, it allows the day to flow seamlessly with guests able to go straight from the ceremony space to the Main Hall where the wedding breakfast will be ready and waiting.
The Main Hall is a magnificent space that provides the setting for the wedding breakfast and reception. This is where you will be dining and dancing the night away. With space for up to 180 guests for the wedding Breakfast and 280 for the evening reception, the main hall provides the perfect environment to get all of your favourite people together for a night of Joy and celebration.
The fully stocked handcrafted, solid oak bar can be found in the Cresswell Lounge. Soft seating delivers a comfortable setting for guests to chat, relax and soak up the atmosphere whilst still being close enough to the action to feel part of the festivities. As well as being the bar area, this is also the perfect place to set up things like photobooths, sweet carts or guest books.

We wanted a venue that would give us what was most important to us:
- An outdoor ceremony (with a lovely, flexible, back-up plan)
- A place for our families to come together the night before the wedding, and stay onsite
- A venue that was one room (very important to us) - to allow everyone to be together all night - not splitting into separate bar / chill rooms.
Worton Hall answered all the above, and both Kira and Amelia were the perfect coordinators. We were lucky to work with them both pre the wedding, and Kira and the wider team ran our event perfectly. Not a single hic-up or worry from us on the day.
The venue allowed us to choose our wedding breakfast caterer, bring in external vendors for food trucks, and create our own dessert table (something many others wouldn’t allow). We were able to make a really late call whether to marry indoor or outdoor - a must with the British weather.
Access was also given the day before the wedding - a full 5hrs access to set up and make the venue what we wanted. And Kira was on hand all day supporting with any questions ensuring everything was as we wanted it.
Both Kira and Amelia are very caring, flexible and make you feel like the wedding is very much tailored to you. No request was too much for them, and we loved their personal approach to business.

If you’re looking for a minimalistic, simple elegance, then let the charm of the building do the work. With our stunning flagstone floor, arrow slit windows, starcloth curtain, fairy light canopy and wooden chandeliers, the stage is already set for your special day without you needing to do a thing.
However, if you want to get creative and ‘more is more’ is your motto, it’s also a fantastic canvas for you to let your imagination take over. Lego centrepieces, crisp walls, dinosaur themed favours and a ramen noodle station, we’ve had it all.
Here you have the freedom, flexibility and space to let your wedding dreams run wild. Light it up, fill it with flowers, go to tinseltown, have a games area, party in to the night with a brass funk band, cavort with a ceilidh...No matter what it might be, our events team will work with you and your chosen suppliers to create your perfect day.
